Introductions are always a good place to start: Im Katie, a 4th/final year Audiology student at the University of KwaZulu Natal in South Africa. I follow Jesus, love people, hate injustice, and I want to make a difference where I am. Other things that I love are laughter, cups of tea, acoustic covers, chocolate and new socks...probably in that order.
This blog is going to be my reflection of one of my 4th year clinics: Community Based Rehabilitation. The idea is that I wont have to hand in a reflective journal to my tutor each week, but rather keep this blog updated about what is going on in the community, working as a multidisciplinary team, my ideas, inspiration and experiences. Although I'm sure it will include more than just that, as I find inspiration and decide to share it!
